The First Destination Survey is administered annually to all graduating students. The data below is collected up to six months following graduation by NJIT Career Development Services through student and employer surveys as well as analysis of publicly available information.

First Destination
First Destination is a nationally recognized term that is used to describe the first experiences of college graduates. At NJIT, we survey students at the graduation fair and follow up within six months after graduation. NJIT students pursue a variety of opportunities post-graduation, including full-time employment, graduate school, and entrepreneurial endeavors.
